Best diet is WFPB low fat (opens in a new tab). A massive amount of research shows that a Whole Food, Plant Based diet (WFPB) is the way to go. There are hard proof in the form of angiograms before and after a WFPB diet. As far as I know, no other diet has ever been shown to be able to arrest completely, and also reverse heart disease.
