I am a man born in 1969. The same year as the alleged moon landing, which you can find more information about in the “Red Pill” category. I am currently working as an IT Technician. I have worked within IT since 1997.

- Promoting a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) and low fat diet since January 2023
- Previous diet was Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) -until I found out that real science and hard evidence shows that a WFPB diet low in fat is best for long term health

This site was rebuilt from the ground up with a new design in May 2023. This has a lot of advantages: Among other things, the content is now categorized and tagged with keywords, which makes it much easier for you to find what interests you the most. For me, I can now focus more on the content rather than spending time writing html code. I am using Hugo, an open-source static site generator, which means I can produce content quickly and easily in simple Markdown language. A link to Hugo is in the footer.
